Welcome to the Boysen Memorial, an international athletics meeting held at Bislett Stadium in Oslo, Norway.
The 2026 edition will take place on Wednesday June 24th and is part of the World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze.

The Boysen Memorial is one of Norway’s premier athletics meetings, attracting both national and international athletes across track and field events.

A Events: 200 m, 800 m, 5000 m, Hammer
B Events: 100 m, 400 m, Long Jump

Norwegian Athletes
Entries must be submitted through the official entry system: 👉🏾 iSonen
Qualification period:
1 January 2025 – 18 June 2026
Entry participation is based on the entry standards and available space in each event. 👉🏾 Entry standards
International Athletes
International athletes are welcome to request entry. To reduce travel-related environmental impact, priority will be given to athletes based in Europe. All entries are subject to approval by the meeting organiser.

For invited and confirmed athletes we can offer a travel contribution up to 200 EUR. Travel contribution must be agreed with the athlete liaison. Travel receipts is required for reimbursement.

Accommodation
For invited and confirmed athletes we can offer full board accommodation 2 days at the official hotel, Scandic Solli – Oslo. Other participating athletes are encouraged to book early to secure availability. A discounted rate is available using the booking code: D000025231

Prize Money & Awards
Prize money will be awarded according to the meeting’s official prize structure.

Boysen Award – 800 m
An additional performance bonus will be awarded for outstanding results:
- Men: Sub 1:45.90
- Women: Sub 2:01.00
Bonus: 10,000 NOK (approx €1,000)
Tax
Tax rate in Norway is 15% which will be deducted from the prize money. For travel reimbursement there is no tax deduction. All payments shall be done within 90 days.
