Invoicing
Prizes will be paid out by invoice sent by athletes’ agent, club, federation or company. The prize money can be invoiced together with prior agreed travel support with invited athletes. The invoice must include Company account owner, address, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC, and be sent to matias@tjalve.no. No tax deduction is needed if invoiced as described above.
Norwegian clubs or the athletes agent must invoice Tjalve for Norwegian athletes’ prize money.

If invoicing is not possible
If an international athlete has no way of invoicing via agent, club, federation or Company, the payment will be paid directly to the athlete with a 15 % tax deduction.
The athlete must fill out two forms and send it to matias@tjalve.no,:
– Tax form (LINK TO FORM). Fill out the entire 2.1 chapter of this tax form, with name, date of birth, sex, martial status, nationality, accommodation address in Norway and residential address abroad. No signature is needed.
– Bank details (LINK TO FORM). Fill out this form with bank details (ask your bank if you don’t know your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC). If you have prior agreement about travel support, claim them in the same form by attaching receipts.

Prize money

Boysen Award
The prize goes to the male runner who equals or beats Audun Boysen’s legendary record of 1:45.90 on 800m, a time that stood as the Norwegian record for 37 years. The award will also be given to women who run faster than 2:01.00. Only one person per gender can win the award.
The prize is 10 000 NOK which is approx. 1 000 EUR.
